In our endeavour to offer the freshest produce;
our menus are constantly changing for 3 reasons:
1. Menus
are decided on the quality of ingredients...if the produce is out of season or of sub-standard quality it will not be used.
2.
Changing and dynamic menus keep that spark going for the chefs who are then more inspired and passionate.
3. It
means that for you as the customer you can come over and over again and have a new experience every time.
The dishes
on the menus are carefully composed; so we ask people not to ask to make alterations as this will compromise the dishes and
we are not prepared to do this.
we would recommend that if you have any dietary requirements to contact
us prior to your visit.
